When your organization is using claims management, users can route individual claim text for review and approval in Pepper Flow and use approved claims to substantiate promotional materials. To inquire about configuring the claims management module for your organization, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Claims library
Select the Claims navigation item to access the claims library. This view shows the most recent version of all claims in Pepper Flow. Users may only see claims they have permission to view.
Please note that search is not yet supported in the claims library. The search bar at the top of the application applies only to the document library. Additionally, claims are not visible in the document library.
Filter the claims library
Narrow down the claims result set by applying filters in the claims library. Available filters include:
- Status
- Product(s)
- Region/Geography
- Subtype/Category
Download the claims library
You can download a csv of the claims library by selecting the download icon in the top right corner. The csv will include the most recent version of each claim and any currently approved claims (even if there is a more recent version that is not yet approved).
Claim status
The claim status lets you know if a specific claim version is ready to use. Please see document status for this information.
Claims viewer
Opening a claim in Pepper Flow will take you to the Viewer. The Viewer is where you can prepare and review a claim by adding information about the claim, general annotations, and reference links. Additionally, you can access the history of the claim and complete job tasks, such as casting a vote.
For more information on updating claim details and job info, please refer to properties.
Download a job summary report
A job summary report is a consolidated view of information and events that occurred during a job. You can download one at any time for any job, including expired or canceled jobs. Please refer to the job summary report for more information.
Claim versions
Pepper Flow stores all versions of a claim, including annotations associated with each version. View claim versions by clicking "History" in the bottom toolbar of the Viewer.
For more information about major and minor versions, please refer to document versions and viewing previous versions of a document.
More Actions
Just as with documents, you can take additional action on claims from the More Actions menu in the bottom right corner of the Viewer. Examples of actions you may see include the ability to withdraw an approved claim (expiration), revise a claim or propose new variations (revision), withdraw the claim from review (edit or cancel), and delete a draft claim, among others. For more information on finding expired claims, see find and view expired documents.
