When you click on a job or document card in Pepper Flow, you’ll be sent to the Viewer. The Viewer is where you can prepare and review a document by adding annotations, substantiation, and supporting material.. Additionally, you can complete job tasks, such as casting a vote. You may also access the audit trail or document history.
Depending on the file format, your document will be displayed or you will get a link to download the document.
Viewer permissions
Depending on the current job task and your permissions, you can perform different actions in the Viewer.

Task panel
The task panel contains information related to the current task and provides the primary action to advance the task.
- Task name and instructions
- Assigned users and link to edit task assignees

- Job progress bar and link to view all job tasks
Side panel
The side panel displays on the right side of the Viewer. Each annotation you add can be found in the Annotations tab with an assigned number. Each substantiation or supporting material you add can be found under their respective tabs. Close the side panel by clicking the double arrow icon in the top toolbar of the Viewer.
