When you click on a job or document card in Pepper Flow, you’ll be sent to the Viewer. The Viewer is where you can prepare and review a document by adding annotations and supporting documents. Additionally, you can complete job tasks, such as casting a vote. You may also access the audit trail or document history.
Depending on the file format, your document will be displayed or you will get a link to download the document.
Viewer permissions
Depending on the current job task and your permissions, you can perform different actions in the Viewer.

Task panel
The task panel contains information related to the current task and provides the primary action to advance the task.
- Task name and instructions
- Assigned users and link to edit task assignees
- Primary task action
- Job progress bar and link to view all job tasks
Annotations panel
The Annotations panel displays on the right side of the Viewer. Each annotation you add can be found in the Annotations panel with an assigned number. Each supporting document you add can be found under the Supporting documents tab. Close the Annotations panel by clicking the double arrow icon in the top toolbar of the Viewer.
