When you are assigned a review task, you should look at a few things prior to casting your vote.
Task details
In the task panel, view instructions related to the task. You can also see other users assigned to the task and a progress bar.
Click "Hide task details" to close the task panel while you review the document. When you have completed your review, open the task panel and cast your vote.
Document
Review the document. To hide annotations on a document, click the "Preview" toggle in the top right. Click the double arrow icon in the top right to collapse the Annotations panel.
If you’re reviewing a later version, select “Compare versions” in the bottom left to compare to a previous version.
Review a job with an unsupported file format
When reviewing a job with an unsupported file format, you must download the document from the Viewer, review the document outside of Pepper Flow, and return to the job in Pepper Flow to cast your vote. Leave general annotations in the Annotations panel.
Annotations
The Annotations panel on the right shows all annotations and supporting documents associated with the document in review. You may add new annotations or reply to existing annotations.
Properties
Click "Details" in the bottom toolbar to view all properties associated with the document and job. This screen includes information like geography and go live date. Content owners may also provide additional context, such as a reason for the document’s creation.
