Jobs represent and record the workflow in which a document is reviewed and approved.
Job types
Jobs types represent the workflows in which you can review and approve a document. All documents must go through an approval job before they go through another job type.

Locate job details
Find information about a job, including the number of circulations, start date, initiator, collaborators, and job type, in the Viewer.
- Click "Jobs" in the navigation.
- Click a job card. The job will open in the Viewer.
- Click "Details" in the bottom toolbar.
You can also view other jobs on a document using the "History" menu.
