Here are a few reasons you may not be able to see or find content.
Expired or unavailable content
If you were previously able to see a piece of content but are no longer able to, the content may have expired. This means that the content reached its expiration date, and either no one extended the expiration date, or someone intentionally expired the document to remove it from use.
Alternatively, someone may have updated the content’s metadata in a way that no longer made it available to access from Pepper Folio.
Permissions
If someone sent you a link to content in Pepper Folio that leads you to an error page, you may not have the proper permissions to view the content. Contact your system administrator to update your permissions.
