The job type report provides an overview of job type data, such as the count of jobs started and the average job duration.
This report contains data for jobs that are completed and in progress. This can result in skewed data for the "Average Job Duration" column, depending on the data range selected.
Who can access this report?
Only users with the reports permission have access to the job type report.
When should I use this report?
Use this report to compare the number of jobs started in a given date range to the number of jobs approved in the same date range. You can also use this report to compare the average time required to approve a document, depending on the job type used (a new document vs. a revision of a document).
What criteria can I choose from?
Select the date range you are interested in when running this report. Each column includes a ? question mark icon that further explains what criteria were used in the calculated results.
