If you download a report from your dashboard, you may notice that the file name column does not display foreign letters and special characters properly. In this case, there's a quick workaround that helps fix it.
MacOS fix
If you are using Excel on your Mac device, here's a quick workaround for making this column readable:
1. Open your document in Excel
2. Navigate to the 'Data' tab and select 'Get Data (Power Query)'
3. Select 'Text/CSV'
4. Select your file and hit 'Next'
5. After the table is loaded, confirm that you can see the 'Display Name' column correctly.
6. Select 'Load'
Windows OS fix
If you are using Excel on your Windows OS, here's a quick workaround for how to make this column readable:
1. Open your document in Excel
2. Navigate to 'Data', select "Get Data' and then Launch Power Query Editor
3. Once the Power Query Editor window opens, navigate to 'New Source' > 'File' > 'Text/CSV'
4. Select your file (please note that you have to select an original unzipped file)
5. Select 'Close' and 'Load'.
