Unsupported Viewer file formats
File formats not natively supported by the Viewer can still be uploaded as a document and submitted for review. You can now also annotate on an unsupported file type in the Vodori Viewer by uploading your own rendition.
If you choose not to upload your own rendition, you can instead add general annotations, substantiation, and supporting material in the side panel.
When uploading a larger file into the system, you might receive a 500 error on the screen which may happen when a file is over 100mbps. This error indicates that a timeout occurred when attempting to upload the larger file. The resolution to this is to check back into your job after 5 minutes for that file to finishing rendering in the viewer. Documents uploaded through the supported documents tab in Vodori have a max upload file size of 2GB.
