Profile Attributes

Profile Attributes can be configured to enforce content visibility rules in Portals based on the attribute value(s) assigned to the user's persona.

To update an existing user's profile attributes: 

1. Navigate to the Admin Console.
2. Click “Users” on the left side panel.
3. Click the user’s name you wish to update or click the ellipses icon and select ‘View user info’ to open the right panel.
4. Navigate to the Personas tab.
5. Select the Portals Member persona you wish to edit (Production or Sandbox).
   
6. Click the Profile tab.
7. Click the 'Edit profile' button.
   
8. Edit the Attribute(s) and click Save.
