Note: This article covers the process for adding removing or deactivating a user from Vodori as of our most recent update (R28+). If you are looking for information about this process for our legacy experience (R27), please refer to this article.
Remove a User
To remove a user’s access from all apps (e.g., Core Platform, Portals, and Admin Console) follow these steps:
- In the Admin Console, select “Users” from the left-side panel.
- Locate the user.
- Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon to the right of the user’s name.
- Select “Remove access to this tenant.”
To remove a user’s access from just one app within the tenant follow these steps:
- From the user table, search for the user you wish to remove.
- Click the user’s name to open the detail panel on the right side of the screen.
- Select “Personas”
- Click the persona you wish to remove.
- Click
Deactivate Users
Deactivating users in Vodori will deactivate users from all environments (e.g. from both sandbox and production) .
- In the Admin Console, select Users in the left side panel.
- Locate the user.Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon to the right of the user’s name
- Select “Deactivate user”
