Why do I receive a “Connection Lost” modal?

Occasionally, you may see a modal appear on your screen indicating that you’ve lost your connection. In order to resume activities on this screen, simply click the refresh button or refresh your browser. This modal exists to help keep the information on this tab up to date when you’ve stepped away or to indicate when a network connection has been lost and needs to be restored to continue working.

This modal appears when your browser has lost its connection to Pepper Flow, which could happen for many reasons. Here are some common examples:

• Your internet connection dropped
• You switched your internet connection to another network or VPN
• Your computer went to sleep
• Your browser put your tab to sleep, dropping the connection
• Pepper Flow experienced an issue connecting to the server
