The system records when a job’s status changes, such as when it is assigned for review and when the job is complete. It also records when each reviewer votes. The system does NOT record the exact time the user started on their task nor the time the users spend in the app/on the screen reviewing a given document.
The average task duration is calculated by assignee and displayed on the Reviewers Report and typically within Dashboards if those are in use by your organization. The task duration for a given task is calculated as the difference between when the task was assigned and when the user cast their vote. The average is the sum of all task durations divided by the number of completed tasks. For group-assigned tasks, the date the task was assigned is adjusted to the date the task was accepted by a performer.
Elapsed time between when an assignee actually first starts their task irrespective of when it was assigned or how much time they spent in the system viewing the document related to that task is currently not tracked or reportable.
