Onboarding New Users

Follow

When a new user is added to Pepper Flow, take the below steps to get them up to speed on how your company uses the system:

Share Pepper Flow Training Resources

Share your company's recorded Pepper Flow training session(s) to get the user up to speed. Additionally, sharing the link to the short training videos on the help center will enable them to review key concepts and features in smaller chunks.

 

Meeting Business Process Training Requirements

In addition to the Pepper Flow training sessions recorded, you will want to share your internal business process, SOPs, Work Instructions etc that are specific to your company and its use of Pepper Flow.

 

Provide Access to the New User

For guidance on adding new users, check out the User Management page.

Agencies 

If your organization works with Agencies and the business requirement restricts the library visibility, a new agency organization must be configured in Pepper Flow prior to adding new agency users.
Please use this form to contact our team to request a new agency organization to be configured. 

Welcome email 

If you would like to send the user a “Welcome to Pepper Flow” email, below are a couple of examples depending on which option is required for the user to log in.

Template 1 - For users logging in with Pepper Cloud’s native authentication (e.g., an external agency)

Hello,

You have been added as a user in Pepper Flow. Please follow the steps below to activate your account and set your password

  1. Using Google Chrome, navigate to: 
  2. https://[TENANTNAME].sso.pepperapps.io/password/forgot
  3. Enter your work email address. 
  4. Click the ‘Send Email’ button.
  5. Once you receive an email from Pepper Flow, open the email and follow the instructions to set a password. (Note: This may take a few moments to appear in your email Inbox; please check your Spam folder)
  6. For future login, please use this URL (We recommend you ‘bookmark’ for easy access): 
  7. https://[TENANTNAME].flow.pepperapps.io
