When a new user is added to Vodori, take the below steps to get them up to speed on how your company uses the system:
Share Vodori Training Resources
Share your company's recorded Vodori training session(s) to get the user up to speed. Additionally, sharing the link to the short training videos on the help center will enable them to review key concepts and features in smaller chunks.
Meeting Business Process Training Requirements
In addition to the recorded Vodori training sessions, you will want to share your internal business process, SOPs, Work Instructions, etc, that are specific to your company and its use of Vodori.
Provide Access to the New User

Agencies
If your organization works with Agencies and the business requirement restricts the library visibility, a new agency organization must be configured in Vodori prior to adding new agency users.
Please use this form to contact our team to request a new agency organization to be configured.
The Agency visibility property gives access to your agencies to view or initiate documents on your behalf. If the Agency users also need edit access to the document they did not create, they can also be added as collaborators.
Welcome email
Currently, the platform generates an invitation email directly to the user.
