When you log in to Vodori for the first time (or if your MFA has been reset) you’ll be prompted to enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA). Starting on January 3, 2026, Vodori's MFA delivers OTPs (One-Time-Passwords) via email. If your organization upgraded to R28/R29 prior to January 3, you may have enrolled in MFA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.
If you are newly setting up your account:
From your Vodori invitation email, click Activate your account.
Enter your first name, last name, and new password (twice).
You’ll then be directed to the login page. Enter your email address and password.
Retrieve the OTP from your email associated with your Vodori account username.
Enter your OTP in the 'Enter the code' box.
Click 'Continue'.

Enrolling in MFA with Delivery of the OTP by an Authenticator App
If your organization upgraded to R28/R29 prior to January 3, you may have enrolled in MFA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.
To enroll in MFA using an authenticator app, follow these steps:
From the login page, enter your email address. Click Continue.
Enter your password.
Select 'Google Authenticator or similar'
-
You'll be taken to the MFA enrollment screen, where a QR code will appear.
-

From your mobile phone, open (or download) your preferred authenticator app. Common options include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.
While in the app, locate the option to add a new setup key, login, or entry. For example, in Google Authenticator, tap the plus sign in the lower right and tap “Scan a QR code”.
-
Point your phone camera at your computer screen to scan the QR code on the page you see at the Vodori login page. Complete the prompts in your app on your mobile phone to save the newly created entry. It will look something like this:
-
Note: By default, the entry does not contain "Vodori". It is highly recommended to edit the entry name and add "Vodori" for future reference.
To do this in Google Authenticator, swipe left and click the pencil icon.
Afterwards, your authenticator app will look something like this:
-
Refer to the newly created entry in your authenticator app to retrieve the time-sensitive code generated for Vodori. Enter this code as the final login step in your browser.
IMPORTANT: Take note of which authenticator app you used for Vodori. You’ll need to enter the code from that app every 30 days.
Note: If you need to reset your MFA, please contact Vodori Support at support@vodori.com.
