Get access
To get access to Vodori, contact your organization's system administrator/business owner. All user management is handled by your organization.
Welcome / Invitation Email
When you get access to Vodori, you should receive a welcome email from your system administrator or an invitation email delivered by the Vodori system with instructions on how to activate your account and/or log in. The email includes the URL for your company’s environment.
If you have any issues, contact your system administrator to confirm your account has been created.
Activate Your Account
If your organization is on our latest version (R28+), you must activate your Vodori account from the Invitation email you receive:
- Click "Activate your account".
- Enter your first name and last name.
- If you use your company's SSO, you'll be redirected to authenticate following your company’s usual login process.
- If you do not use your company's SSO, you'll be promoted to create a Vodori password and enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
If your organization is not on our latest version (i.e., is on R27), to activate your account:

Go to your company’s Vodori URL.

Click "Forgot your password?"

Enter your work email address.

Click "Send Email."

Open the email and follow the instructions to set a password.

Note: This may take a few moments to appear in your email inbox; please check your spam folder.

Logging In
Once your account is active, to login in:

Go to your company’s Vodori URL.

Enter your work email address.

Note: If your organization is not on our latest version, you may need to click the blue "Login with SSO" (or similar text) button.

Follow your company’s usual login process to access Vodori
OR -
Enter your password

Supply your MFA code, if applicable.
