What are some possible URL issues in Digital Review?

Note: these suggestions will apply to customers on Pepper Flow R21 or earlier. 

When working in Digital Review, you may come across a URL related issue, such as receiving a start screen instead of being forwarded to the job itself, when you go to a web page. In this case, we would recommend checking if the submitted Digital Review URL follows these parameters:

• The URL being submitted for review cannot contain special characters like á, é, í, ó, ú, ü, ñ.
• The URL cannot contain URL parameters (also called “query strings”) - look for & and ?

To change the URL for a job you are preparing, including cases where you can no longer access the original URL, see edit URL.

If your website relies on parameters in URLs, we recommend you avoid using Digital Review and instead submit static screenshots the same way you submit other documents for review in Pepper Flow.
