Why do I see an error when I try logging in?

Vodori Web Annotations gives you the option to log in through the extension, as shown below.

If you see an error when you log in using this method, follow these steps:

• Try logging in to Vodori the way you normally would instead.
• Return to the web page and reopen the Chrome extension.

After that, you should be automatically logged in.

Some authentication providers don’t allow logins through the Chrome extension, so logging in via Vodori first is required in those cases.

If you are still experiencing an error, confirm 3rd party cookies are allowed in your browser. To do this, navigate to your Google Chrome settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data. Ensure that either "Allow all Cookies" or "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" are selected.
