By default, each unique URL gets its own job and there is no way to include multiple web pages in one job. Users can, however, navigate from one page to another and, provided the pages each have a job in progress, the reviewers can reopen the extension, annotate, and vote on all URLs that make up the website/digital asset.
If you would like your team to review multiple pages, we recommend you discuss internally and decide whether it makes sense to submit them as a single job via a set of static screenshots (the same way you submit other documents for review in Pepper Flow) or start individual digital review jobs to represent all pages on the website. Best practices for the latter approach are:
- to document and share all URLs in scope for the review
and - to start jobs on all URLs.
By doing this, reviewers can navigate from between all URLs in the in-scope list and annotate and vote on each one. They will simply need to open the extension each time they navigate to a new URL to engage with the controls.
In summary, customers have provided feedback that they've found the most success capturing approvals for larger, multi-URL digital assets such as a new website as a single job via static screenshots and changes to existing websites or smaller websites (e.g., campaign pages) via Digital Review.
