This article covers the Vodori Analytics dashboard experience. See reports for non-dashboard reporting exports.
Who can access dashboards?
Only users with the appropriate permissions can see the Analytics dashboards (if applicable), and/or reports. This is typically the group named "Analytics user".
You can specify whether someone should have access to reports only (typically "Advanced reports user"), or access to both the reports and the dashboards.
All Vodori users can access the document details report.
How is a specific report calculated?
Refer to the Dashboard metrics defined article for the definition of each core metric. You can also refer to the CSV containing "definitions" in your export for detail. If your still need clarity on an aggregation or calculation, reach out to your CSM or support@vodori.com.
How can I customize or change what is presented on my dashboard?
Typically yes. Please submit your request to support@vodori.com.
When viewing Dashboards, how do I access Reports?
Click the “View reports” hyperlink to the right of the dashboard tabs.
What do I do if I see an error?
Try waiting a few minutes, or refresh the page. If you’re still having problems, contact our support team and we’ll look into the issue.
