Initial launch training

Vodori training is included in every implementation project. We provide standard, instructor-led sessions for all end users scheduled for the initial launch. Please note that while we supply the software platform, your organization is responsible for guiding users and enforcing compliance with your internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Post-launch training

For users joining after your organization has launched on Vodori, we recommend sharing the recorded live training sessions from your initial implementation. This provides a flexible, self-paced onboarding experience for new team members. While Vodori provides the platform, your organization remains responsible for ensuring users are properly trained—and re-trained as necessary—on your specific internal guidelines and processes.

Ongoing education

We introduce new features and system upgrades iteratively to minimize the need for extensive user retraining. However, when major feature changes or introductions do occur, Vodori will provide additional training assets—such as videos, instruction guides, or in-app tours—to help your team get up to speed quickly.
