Content that displays in Portals must first be approved in Vodori.
Each organization has its own configuration that determines which content appears in their Portal/Portals. For example, your company may have a property called “Methods of dissemination,” with Portals (formerly Pepper Folio) as one of the options:
Once content is approved in Vodori, it automatically appears in Portals to the users who are authorized access to view it based on their Portals permissions. Similarly, as content is updated or expired in Vodori, it is automatically updated or removed from the Portal.
Determine whether content is shareable
Similar to the above, your company may have a property that determines whether content can be shared publicly through Portals — that is, to people without a Vodori license. Your company may have an “audience” property with an “internal” value that would prevent sharing.
