Generate a 2253 form

Generate an auto-populated 2253 form using your organization's templates and the properties of documents selected to be included in a given submission.

For multi-product submissions, the form dynamically builds section 7 for each included material with its corresponding material type, ID code, and description. You may need to supply some properties in the downloaded form if there are any conflicts among other single-select fields. 

1. Create a new submission or open an existing submission.
2. Click "Download" in the top right.
3. Select the template you'd like to use. These are based on your organization's configuration.
   
   
4. By default, the download includes all files included in the submission. If you'd like to download the form only, check "Download 2253 form only".
5. Click "Download".
