Authorized users given access to their company's dashboards by default will see them when clicking the Analytics tab in the main system navigation.
While on the reports page, navigate to dashboards by clicking the teal 'View dashboards' button. While on the dashboard, navigate to reports by clicking the "View reports" text hyperlink next to the dashboard tabs.
- Dashboards - A collection of visualizations, aggregations, and data calculations.
- Filters - Criteria set to include or exclude rows of data used to generate visualizations in the UI. Default selected values may be configured per dashboard. Note: Applied filters do not affect the data included in the CSV export.
- Parameters - Criteria set to narrow the underlying data set (i.e., query). When new parameters are set, the entire dashboard refreshes and filters are reset to the configured defaults. Set parameters do not carry over when navigating to a new dashboard. Default values may be configured per dashboard. Note: Applied parameters narrow the data included in the CSV export and further filterable through the UI.
Visualization interactivity
For most visual charts, you can hover over results in the charts to highlight the information of interest. While these visualizations don't include click-through drill-downs, the results show the precise aggregations and calculations. To explore the full data, look for detailed summary tables further down the page or in related dashboards. Additionally, you can export the raw data by clicking "Download CSV" in the upper right corner.
In addition, if you click on items in the key (legend), you can dynamically remove the relevant data from the chart and help you focus on what you need.
For example, this is the original visualization:
Clicking on Belgium, Germany, and United Kingdom in the key on the right deactivates these values in the visual. Setting only Spain, Portugal, and Global as selected parameters would result in the same narrowed results set.
