Note: This article covers account settings in our most recent update (R28+). If you are looking for information about the user profile in our legacy experience (R27), please refer to this article.
Within your account settings, you can manage your personal information such as your time zone, notification preferences, and PIN. To access your account settings, click your avatar in the upper right corner and select the “Manage your account" button from your account menu.
Settings
Update your name, time zone, and preferred language from the Settings tab.
- Select Settings tab on the left side panel
- Click the pencil icon to make updates
Timezone setting
Setting a timezone ensures that a daily digest email is delivered at 9:00 AM in that timezone and that timestamps are displayed in this timezone within:
- Certification Reports
- FDA Form 2253 downloads
- CSV exports of the Audit Trail
Sign-in & security
Change your password or PIN from the Sign-in & security tab.
- Select Sign-in & security tab on the left side panel
- Click “Change PIN” to change your e-signature PIN
- If you don’t know your current PIN, click "Forgot PIN?" and follow the email instructions to reset it
Personas
View and edit your profile attributes, view your permissions, and manage your notification preferences from the Personas tab.
- Select the tab at the top of the page associated with the app you wish to manage
- Note: the displayed persona is the one you are editing
- Click the pencil icon to edit profile attributes such as Title & department
- View your assigned permissions below profile attributes
- Note: Request changes to your assigned permissions from your system owner
- Change your notification preferences by clicking the blue Manage button
Title & department
Updates to your name and job title and department may take a few minutes to appear across the system.
The job title and department field is required to complete a certification task, which may be configured as part of your organization's workflow. Read more about voting and certifying.
To update your Title & department:
- Ensure you are in the appropriate tenant (i.e., production)
- Within your account settings, from the Personas tab in the left hand vertical sidebar.
- Select the Core tab on the top of the screen
