Log in to Pepper Folio

Learn how to log in to Pepper Folio for the first time.

Log in using SSO

1. Go to your company's Pepper Folio URL.
2. On the login screen, type in the credentials you would normally use to sign in to your company’s apps.

Log in using a Pepper Cloud account

If your company does not use SSO, or if you are working on behalf of a company, your account will be managed in Pepper Cloud.

When you get access to Pepper Folio, you should receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log in. The email also includes the URL for your company’s environment.

If you lost the email, do the following:

1. Go to your company's Pepper Folio URL.
2. On the login screen, select "Don't remember your password?"
3. Enter the email address associated with your Pepper Folio account to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your password.
5. Return to the login page and enter in your email address and newly created password.

If you did not receive an email, you may not have access to Pepper Folio. Contact your system administrator to confirm, especially if you’re having trouble logging in.

Request access

To request access to Pepper Folio, contact your system administrator.

Update account

To update your account information or your permissions, contact your system administrator.
