Cancel a job for a web page you can access

To cancel a job for a web page you can access, do the following:

1. Open the extension on the web page.
2. Navigate to the "More…" tab.
3. Select "Cancel".
4. In the modal, enter a reason for cancellation, then click "Cancel job".

Cancel a job for a web page you cannot access

If your web page can no longer be accessed because it has been deleted, you can still cancel the job.

1. Find the card for the web page in the library.
2. Instead of clicking the card directly, click the … button that appears on hover and select "Open in Pepper Flow Viewer".
   
   
3. Click "More Actions" in the bottom right.
4. Select "Cancel Job".
5. In the modal, enter a reason for cancellation, then click "Cancel job".
6. Once a job has been canceled, the web page version in that job can be deleted. For more information on how to delete, see Delete document.
