Overview
Vodori for Salesforce is a powerful add-on that enables your team to seamlessly sync approved content directly from Vodori to Salesforce, including any CRM solutions built on the Salesforce.com platform.
Configuring the App
When Vodori for Salesforce is installed from the AppExchange, Salesforce Administrators are guided through a series of configuration steps to establish connectivity, identify which documents and metadata should sync from Vodori, and set preferred sync frequency.
Accessing Content in Salesforce
Once configured, a new tab named Vodori Content is available for your Salesforce users. Within the Vodori Content tab is a list of Vodori content that your organization has elected to display within Salesforce. Each row listed corresponds to an approved piece of content which remains in sync with Vodori according to the sync processing schedule configured by your Salesforce admin (typically daily).
Clicking on a content name link opens the detail page for that asset which displays metadata from Vodori and a thumbnail of the content.
Working with Vodori Content in Salesforce
Your organization's Salesforce setup will influence how you can and should use Vodori content in Salesforce. Your permissions in Salesforce may also dictate which content you are able to see or use.
