Curated Collections

Users with Curator permissions can now create groupings of content in Pepper Folio, called Collections, for end users to access.

Create & Promote a Collection (Curators)
Curators can create and customize Collections by adding a name, representative icon, and color. Curators can also choose whether the Collection should be promoted on the Home screen for additional emphasis. Curators can add and remove content from a Collection individually or through the Library’s bulk select feature.

Viewing a Collection
Any user may view a Collection by navigating to it from the Collections page or by clicking on a promoted Collection from the Home screen. All Collections are visible to all end users, but users are only able to see content in the Collection based on their individual visibility permissions. 

Home Screen Changes

Promoted Collections
Promoted Collections appear at the top of the Home screen in order of most recently promoted. 

Quick Filters
The section previously referred to as Categories on the Home screen has been renamed to Quick Filters.
