New and Updated Features

Version Comparison

We introduced one of our most requested features: version comparison. This feature makes review faster by allowing you to compare versions of a document and see highlighted differences.

Select Versions to Compare
The Viewer has a new button in the bottom left labeled “compare versions.” Click the button to select which version you would like to compare to the document you’re viewing in the Viewer.

See Highlighted Differences
The documents you select will display in the version compare feature. Version comparison will highlight text differences (additions in green, deletions in red). It also allows you to navigate through the pages and search text in the document.

Supported Files
Version comparison supports files with selectable text, such as PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoints. Images, videos, and HTML5 apps are not supported. While Pepper Flow supports the upload of files up to 5GB and has no page limit, this feature has a max file size of 100MB per file and a max page limit of 400 pages.

Document IDs in Notifications

Each notification now includes a document ID to make it easier to search for the mentioned document.

Bug Fixes and Small Changes

• Previously, if you did not make an update during a property update task, you would see an error message. We fixed the issue, and you will no longer see the error.
• The process to create a PIN for the first time was a bit confusing, so we updated the copy to make the process clearer.
