If you see an error page, here’s what it means and what you can do. You can determine the type of error by checking the small headline below the image.
A 401 error means you do not have an account, your account has been deactivated, or your account was not set up correctly.
A 403 error means you do not have the proper permissions to view the page you’re trying to access. This usually happens when someone shared a link to content for a country or region that is outside the ones you have permissions to view.
What you can do
If you see a 401 or 403 error, contact your system administrator, who can grant you access to Pepper Folio or update your permissions.
If you just need clarification about your account status, you may submit a support request to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, note that the Vodori support team cannot create accounts or update permissions.
