Learn how to log in to the system for the first time.
Get access
To get access to Vodori, contact your organization's system administrator and/or country lead. All user management is handled by your organization.
Welcome email
When you get access to Vodori, you should receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log in. The email also includes the URL for your company’s environment.
If you lost the email, follow the instructions below. If you did not receive an email, you may not have access to Vodori. Contact your system administrator to confirm, especially if you’re having trouble logging in.
Log in using SSO
- Go to your company’s Pepper Flow URL.
- On the login screen, click the teal button, which will redirect you to your SSO provider.
Follow your company’s usual login process to access Pepper Flow.
Log in using a Pepper Cloud account
If your company does not use SSO, your account will be managed in Pepper Cloud.
- Go to your company’s Vodori URL.
- On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your work email address.
- Click "Send Email."
Once you receive an email from Vodori, open the email and follow the instructions to set a password. Note: This may take a few moments to appear in your email inbox; please check your spam folder.
Agency users
In most cases, if you are working on behalf of a company, you likely don’t use SSO to log in. Instead, you will use a Pepper Cloud account. On the login screen, click "Login with email." Then follow the instructions listed in Log in using a Pepper Cloud account.
