Standard release process
Vodori provides validated, functional releases on a periodic basis. These upgrades are first performed in your sandbox to enable your organization to perform the desired level of user acceptance testing or formalized software validation procedures. Each release is accompanied by a validation deliverable package evidencing our procedures. These will be shared by your Customer Success Manager.
Vodori supports 2 versions in production at a given time, meaning that customers will need to complete all upgrade activities for a given release by the next release date. Timely upgrades are critical for maximizing the value of Pepper Folio because they ensure you have access to the latest capabilities, security enhancements, and bug fixes, and receive the highest level of customer support.
Below you will find the Pepper Folio functional release schedule. As each release date nears, your CSM will work with your team to discuss the newly available features and determine when your organization would like to upgrade. Vodori will provide at least 90 days advanced notice of any changes to the release schedule.

System Maintenance
Vodori may deploy non-functional, maintenance releases on an as-needed basis. Like regular releases, these releases don’t usually require system downtime, but if downtime is needed, we’ll let you know in advance and we’ll deploy the release off-hours within SLA terms.
You can find documentation for these releases on the release notes pages (see links to the left).
Routine infrastructure maintenance occurs on Saturdays between 9 and 11 AM CT, which may occasionally result in downtime of a few minutes. Vodori will provide at least 72 hours advanced notice should we require a longer downtime period.
