Standard release process
Pepper Folio is released on a regular release schedule, as outlined below. Unlike Pepper Flow releases, Pepper Folio releases are available to all customers immediately upon release.
We publish release notes at least 2 weeks before each release so you can see what the release will include.
Release deployments don’t usually require system downtime, but if downtime is needed, we’ll let you know in advance and we’ll deploy the release off-hours within SLA terms.
- Version 1
Released December 11, 2020
Vodori may deploy non-functional, maintenance releases on an as-needed basis. Like regular releases, these releases don’t usually require system downtime, but if downtime is needed, we’ll let you know in advance and we’ll deploy the release off-hours within SLA terms.
You can find documentation for these releases on the release notes pages (see links to the left).
Routine infrastructure maintenance occurs on Saturdays between 9 and 11 AM CT, which may occasionally result in downtime of a few minutes. Vodori will provide at least 72 hours advanced notice should we require a longer downtime period.
