Before content appears in Pepper Folio, it must be approved in Pepper Flow.
Each organization has its own configuration that determines which content appears in Pepper Folio. For example, your company may have a property called “Methods of dissemination,” with Pepper Folio as one of the options:
Once content is approved in Pepper Flow, it automatically appears in Pepper Folio. Similarly, as content is updated or expired in Pepper Flow, it is automatically updated or removed from Pepper Folio.
Determine whether content is shareable
Similar to the above, your company likely has a property that determines whether content can be shared with people outside of Pepper Folio. For example, your company may have an “audience” property with an “internal” value that would prevent sharing.
Note that it is up to you to determine which content can be shared and fill in properties as appropriate. Pepper Flow is not designed to make this determination on your behalf.
