The Job Type report will provide a breakdown of data for each job type. For example, the Job Type report can provide a count of the number of Promotional jobs started and approved, and the average duration it took for the jobs to be approved.
Note: the Job Type report contains data for jobs that are completed and in progress. This can result in skewed data for the "Average Job Duration" column, depending on the data range selected.
Who can access this report?
Only users with the Reports permission will have access to the Job Type report.
When should this report be used?
Use this report to compare the number of jobs started in a given date range to the number of jobs approved in the same date range. You can also use this report to compare the average time required to approve a document, depending on the job type used (a new document vs. a revision of the document).
What criteria can I choose from?
Select the date range you are interested in when running this report. Each column includes a ? question mark icon that further explains what criteria were used in the calculated results.
