At its most simple, a circulation can be thought of as the number of rounds of review needed to approve a document. Users can see how many circulations were required for a job to be approved in the Properties of the job.
Once a document has been submitted for review, the initial circulation has officially started. If the final vote decided upon by the review team is Amend & Resubmit, a second circulation will be initiated once the job is submitted for its second round of review. Using the “Edit” feature to make revisions to a job will also result in an additional circulation.
