Updated Annotation Experience
We streamlined the Viewer annotation experience to allow you to more easily view a document while you annotate.
No More Popups
We removed the annotation popups that appeared on top of the document. Now you can add new annotations, edit annotations, and more using the Annotations panel. Annotation dots will continue to display on the document.
Smaller Annotation Dots
By default, annotation dots are now smaller and transparent.
Clear Annotation Navigation
Click anywhere on an annotation in the panel to scroll to its corresponding dot, and vice versa. When you do so, Pepper Flow applies an active style to both the annotation in the panel and the annotation dot.
App Administration now shows how many of each license type your company is using.
Get an Overview
When navigating to App Administration, you will see a dashboard of license usage. From there, you can click to see a list of all accounts using the license.
Filter by License Type
In the User Management screen, use the License filter dropdown to see users with a particular license.
Know When You’ve Reached Your Limit
When you’re creating or editing accounts, the app will warn you when you attempt to add a user that would exceed your licenses.
We made infrastructure changes that will help us catch problems before users do and improve our ability to diagnose, test, and resolve issues. As a result, you get a better, more stable product. We’ve also made upgrades easier for our team, decreasing the time to value for our future releases.
