Create, edit, and deactivate Pepper Flow users in the user management screen. Only system administrators have access to User Management. You should only use "edit" to modify a user's name or group permissions and not to swap an existing user record for a new user (such as in the case of a user assuming another user's responsibilities).

Access User Management
If you have the appropriate permissions, you will be able to access the user management screen.
- Log in to Pepper Flow.
- In the navigation, click the dot grid icon.
- Select "App Administration."
- In the main navigation, select "User management."
Find users
All registered users will appear in the table by last name, first name, email, groups, last login date, and status. Sort the table by clicking the applicable column headers. Use the filters and search at the top of the page to locate specific users.
Add new users
To grant access to a new Pepper Flow user:
- Click "New user" in the upper right of the User Management screen.
- In step 1, fill out general user information, select user status, and select an authentication provider. Click "Continue."
- In step 2, select the appropriate group(s). Each group contains a description and a count of the active users within that group. Click on the count to see the groups' membership.

- To replicate the permissions of another user, click "Copy existing user" and select the user to copy.
- To replicate the permissions of another user, click "Copy existing user" and select the user to copy.

- Click "Complete."
Edit existing users
Note: These steps are to modify a user's name or group permissions and should NOT be followed to swap an existing user with a new user. For that use case, you should follow the steps to add the new user and deactivate the old user.
- Search for the user you would like to edit in the table.
- Click "Edit."
- Update the applicable information.
- Click "Continue" to update user groups.
- When you’re done, click "Complete."
Deactivate users
To deactivate one user:
- Locate the user you would like to deactivate in the table.
- Click the ellipsis icon and select "Deactivate."
To deactivate multiple users:
- Select the checkbox next to the users' names.
- In the dark grey toolbar, select "Deactivate users."
Activate users
To activate one user:
- Locate the user you would like to activate in the table.
- Click the ellipsis icon and select "Activate."
To activate multiple users:
- Select the checkbox next to the users' names.
- In the dark grey toolbar, select "Activate users."
View account audit
Account audits show the full history of a user's account information and permissions.

Find the user for which you’d like to view the account audit in the table.

Click the ellipsis icon.

Select "View account audit."
