Logging into the Pepper Flow Digital Review Extension

When you first open Pepper Flow Digital Review, it will ask for your "Company name". Your company name is the same name used in your Pepper Flow URL.

For example, if you work for a company that accesses the Pepper Flow library at https://vitality.flow.pepperapps.io, your company name is vitality, and this is the value you enter in the company name field.

Once you’ve entered your company name, you will be taken to the Pepper Flow login screen if you are not already logged in. If you use your company’s SSO (single sign-on) to access Pepper Flow, your provider’s login screen will open in a new browser tab. After logging in, simply navigate back to the prior tab and refresh.

Special notes

• If you are trying to login to your organization's Sandbox environment, precede your company name with '"val ". For example, val vitality.
• If your URL contains .eu. in the domain (e.g. customer.eu.pepperapps.io) precede your company name with eu. For example, eu vitality.
