When a workflow ends in an "Amend" vote or the user clicks "Edit" from More Actions, the a new circulation needs to be started by the user to make edits to the document metadata or upload a new file. If you are the workflow Initiator, Content Owner, or a Collaborator, click "Start New Circulation" from the task panel to start the Incorporating Feedback stage.
