Pepper Flow Release Notes 2018.10

PURPOSE

Release Notes provide the latest information about new features, enhancements to existing features and fixed issues.

They also include adoption and support information to help get you started with your upgrade.

Vodori provides a functional, validated update to Pepper Cloud four times per year. Customers are required to update to the latest available version within six months of the release.

WHAT’S NEW?

OPT-IN

Customers can elect to use these features. Requirements gathering and configuration may incur additional cost.

• The time in the date/time widget can now be configured to pre-populate so users no longer need to specify a specific time.
  

OUT-OF-THE-BOX

These are standard features of Pepper Flow that work immediately with no configuration.

Smart References

• Smart references have been introduced to optimize the process of associating supporting documents.
• Smart references analyze text substantiated by existing supporting documents and provide suggestions.
• A user has the ability to accept or decline supporting documents the system suggests.

Jobs

• When attaching supporting documents to a job, a user may now refresh the supporting documents dialog box without losing their in-progress selections.
• Added general annotations, giving users the ability to comment about a job as a whole. This includes jobs with file types not supported by the viewer.
• Supporting documents are now grouped in the side panel by References, Promotional, and Uploads.

Administrative

• Added ability for Vodori administrators to post announcements that appear as dismissible banners in the library (e.g. potential system downtime).
• Improved the Pepper Cloud Admin user interface to better enable monitoring of customer tenant data usage.
• Updated versions of 3rd party software libraries used.
