New and Updated Features
Mark comments as mandatory (Opt In)
Streamline content revisions and provide additional guidance to content creators by marking required feedback as mandatory. You can see the mandatory designation in the comment annotation, audit trail, and downloadable job summary report with annotations.
Broaden access to submission information from the document
For customers who leverage the Submissions module, Pepper Flow R26 allows all users who can access a promotional document to view that document’s submission information. View updates in the audit trail as well as submission details in a new Submissions tab. In addition, users with Submissions Coordinator permissions can navigate directly to the submission from within the document details for easy access.
Improved Jobs Board prioritization
Immediately understand what jobs are due soonest when landing on the Pepper Flow Jobs Board. By default, jobs will now appear by due date (ascending) rather than assigned date (ascending).
Additional Enhancements & Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where annotation links were turned into general annotations on annotation import when a duplicate substantiation or supporting material was used.
- Resolved an issue where some rule based properties were not being set correctly.
- Made an update to maintain Display ID after document deletion if the ID was in use by another document series.
