Push Approved CLM presentations to OCE Personal with the OCE Connector

Customers who use the OCE Connector can now publish approved Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) presentations to OCE Personal once approved in Pepper Flow. The OCE Connector supports publishing, updating, and withdrawing CLM presentations in both ZIP and PDF format along with a configurable set of properties in accordance with OCE API requirements.

Similar to email templates, when a presentation is withdrawn in Pepper Flow or no longer meets the publishing requirements, that presentation’s end date is set to the current day in OCE Personal and subsequently marked as unavailable by OCE.

Validation

Like all Pepper Cloud products, the OCE Connector is validated for its intended use and compliant with GxP guidelines. Your CSM can provide documentation to help you complete the validation process.
