Add collection description

When creating or updating a collection, Curators can now add a description to provide additional context, details, or instructions for end users.

Bulk remove content from a collection

Curators can now bulk select content within a collection to remove it. Content that is removed from a collection is still visible in the Library.

Define collection visibility (Opt in)

Control collection visibility for end users by setting collection visibility rules based on a configured attribute, such as geography, that maps to user permissions. Individual content visibility permissions remain independent from collection visibility rules. Learn more about collection visibility here.

Small enhancements

• HTML5 apps that include a full screen option can now expand to fill the screen from the Pepper Folio Viewer for an improved presentation experience.
• When adding documents from within a collection, Pepper Folio will remember the collection you’ve navigated from to optimize collection management.
• Added terms of use link to login screen.

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue where document favorites were not starred if users refreshed while viewing a collection.
