For a document that is already approved, you cannot update properties without starting a revision job. The Content Owner, Initiator, Collaborators, or Coordinator may be able to start an abbreviated job, such as a "Typo Workflow," or you may be required to start a standard "Revision" job. See what options are available to you by clicking "More Actions" in the bottom right of the Viewer.
Review each job's description under its title to determine the best fit for your objective. Please also note that depending on the type of job you start and your organization's SOPs, the major or minor version number may increase.
After selecting the proper workflow type, complete the required fields, click "Save & Generate ID", update or carry over the existing file, import annotations if needed, and go to "Details" in the bottom toolbar and fill out the required fields.
Once complete, save the changes by clicking "Save and close details". On the task panel, press "Continue", then select assignees, and "Start Review". The changes will be reflected after the Review is completed and the final voting outcome is "Approved".
