In your profile, you can update your display name, user avatar, email, job title & department, and time zone, as well as your notification preferences. Access your profile by clicking on your image in the top right corner and selecting "Profile".

Update display name, email, job title & department, and time zone
- In the General section of your profile, click "Edit" next to your name
- In the popup modal, enter a different First Name, Last Name, job title & department, or email, or select a new Time Zone.
- Click "Save changes" to record your updates.
Updates to your name and job title & department may take a few minutes to appear across the system. If you edited your email, you will need to confirm the change via an email sent to your new email address.
The job title & department field is optional in the profile; however, it is required to complete a certification task if one is configured for your organization. Read more about voting and certifying.
Permissions
Your user groups are listed in the "User groups" section of your profile. To make updates, contact your system administrator.
Use a default avatar
- In the General section of your profile, click on your profile picture.
- In the window that appears, select one of the default Pepper avatars.
- Click "Save" to record your new avatar.
Create a custom avatar
- In the General section of your profile, click on your profile picture.
- Click "Upload new", select the image you would like, and click "Open".
- Using the resize tool, center and resize the selection box on the image.
- Once you are done resizing the image, click "Upload" to take you back to the original screen.
- Click "Save" to record your new avatar.
